Enjoy a private dry sauna with loyly..

Sauna benefits. Relaxing and fatigue-relieving effects. Relax muscle tension by raising the body temperature to promoting detoxification and blood circulation for a restful sleep effect.

Particularly before bed, endorphin (hormones which soothe the body and mind) are released and the sauna warmed body gently lowers its body temperature for bedtime.
This is key to a good night’s sleep.

More

Heated by steam, generated by boiling water to make room temperature of 40-50degC with 100% humidity.

Steam is blown out from the lower part of the room, filling the sauna room with rich steam and warming the body from the very core of body. A facial steamer’s super-powerful full-body version.

Here are the differences with dry saunas:

With low temperature heating, the body does not tingle, there is less difficulty breathing  compared to being in dry saunas.

Increasing the humidity promotes perspiration to help the detoxification process. The body is warmed to a deeper level.

Skin beautifying effect
exposure to your skin with warm steam opens the pores of body for full detoxification purpose.

The steam moisterizes the entire body. After the steam sauna, you will be surprised by how much lotion is absorbed into your skin.

Continuing this process is said to increase the skin’s moisture content for softer, finer and toned skin.

Please enjoy a welcome drink at check-in at noon.
At night, enjoy the after-meal gathering while watching the flames of the fire pit.

If you look up while feeling the wind blowing in Yamagata, you can see the starry sky.

When entering the entrance is like a hideaway.

When you open the door, a path covered with various plants continues to the back.

Through summer and autumn, trees will stretch their branches and spread their leaves.
I hope it will be a dense forest soon.
